A patient walked into our department one day because he signed on to hospice. He wanted to say goodbye to Sarah because she had been helping him from the very start of his treatment. The patient's wife asked for a prayer and without hesitation, Sarah started praying out loud for the family. Everyone in the room was crying. It was an amazing experience even for myself because I had never seen a nurse pray for a patient. Sarah is an amazing person. She is honest, friendly, and goes above and beyond to please everyone.
