Sally not only cares deeply for her patients, she cares for the families as well. While caring for a patient with a long-standing illness before passing away, she knew all the names of each family members, and even brought them in breakfast on her day off. She is positive, engaged and never stops. She changes lives on a daily basis and is an excellent role model for the staff. We are very lucky to have her as a part of Viera Hospital.
