As part of our 2021 National Nurses Week Celebration, Rome Health selected our first DAISY Award recipient! Sarah Dutch, RN, was nominated by a patient who credited Sarah for the great experience she had at Rome Health:
“Sarah was 100% attentive to my needs and made sure that I had everything I needed before I knew I even needed it.”
A former vet tech, Sarah transitioned to nursing and started her career in Maternity as a Graduate Nurse in March 2020. In just over a year, she’s confidently grown into the role of a Registered Nurse. She demonstrates compassion for her patients as she goes above and beyond to meet their needs.
Well-loved by her teammates, Sarah never backs down from a challenge and is willing to do what needs to be done. She is a role model for all to look up to. Join us in congratulating Sarah for exemplifying what it means to be a Nurse.
