I would like to thank Sarah for being the best nurse. I received new chemotherapy and I didn't react too well to it and everyone left the room, but she stayed behind to help me out and comforted me. She has only been on my team for a short period, but within a short amount of time, she has shown me what a good nurse does.
This award would show her that I and my family appreciate everything that she does for me. She is the best nurse!
