All in all, thank you, Sarah, you truly make a difference in patients’ lives and go above and beyond.
When you are told that the hospital will be your new home for weeks or months, a lot of fears emerge. Those fears were expedited by the fact that it was my first pregnancy, I was carrying twins, and I prematurely ruptured at 28 weeks. I commend all of the Fetal Health Center (FHC) nurses and staff for their immense kindness and compassion. Sarah Rock stood out to my husband and I the most. Sarah made me feel safe important and cared for.

When I first was admitted, Sarah immediately hooked me up with movies and set me up so I would have distractions in the midst of a not-so-great situation. She helped me with the vulnerable things that a 29-year-old would normally do herself like a shower. She helped me organize things for a maternity shoot that would happen at the hospital since I could go no place else. Last but not least, she genuinely cared for the wellness of my babies in utero.

After the loss of one of our twins, the FHC nurses were extremely comforting. Sarah helped me cope with our loss. Because of firm COVID visitor restrictions, Sarah worked with the charge nurse and security to help get my best friend approved to visit me. That gesture meant the world to me because who doesn't need their best friend during a time of crisis? All in all, thank you, Sarah, you truly make a difference in patients’ lives and go above and beyond. You helped me through a very tough situation and my husband I will be forever grateful.

Sarah is an amazing nurse. I could tell from the beginning when she became our nurse, to our last day with her, that she truly cares about you and your needs. She even came with us several times to check on our baby in the NICU. Thank you for being someone who made us feel so comfortable in such an uncertain certain time we were going through. You made my delivery/recovery process so much easier.
