Sarah Schlicker, RN

Sarah was excellent at getting me settled into the ER room. She listened to my tale of woe, took my vitals, and prepared me for a blood draw and IV. Sarah also treated my escort with attention and respect; she didn't just ignore her. I was supposed to get GI tract imaging, but that was dismissed when a car crash filled the ER with patients. Sarah came to check on me and see how I was doing. Later, I felt a little upset when another lady in ER scrubs told my escort that visiting time was over and that she needed to leave. Thankfully, Sarah had no problem with her staying. She provided her with an extra blanket and socks for my cold feet. Being in the ER under Sarah's watchful eye made my stay much less stressful! Thank you, ER team, especially Sarah. Good employees set the standard for others to follow.
