Sarah always came in with a smile, never complained or made me feel like a burden if I asked for anything. If I asked to see the nurse, I didn't wait but maybe 3-5 minutes. Compassionate, Professional, Caring. This nurse never lost patience or showed signs of frustration. I imagine medical workers get a little frustrated as they are pushed to their limits, seeing 3 times as many patients and literally putting themselves in harm's way for people like me. Sarah is AWESOME and a huge asset to PRMC. Extremely knowledgeable. Thank you, you made my stay here so much better!
