...the compassion, kindness, and empathy nurse Sarah showed my wife helped her feel sane and validated. Sarah helped me understand what was going on as she spoke in layman's terms. Most impressively, when our doctors were stumped to diagnose, Sarah sought out another doctor on the unit to bring insight. Sarah listened and observed in a way that led to a final conclusion. She did it all while training a new nurse. We were so thankful to have her.
