When Sarah took care of my son, I could leave the hospital with little worry. She seemed to understand what I was going through. She provided comfort and seemed to be there when I needed it most. She was always professional and caring. She does her job with her heart. When she completes her tasks, she never hurries. She takes time to make sure her patient knows what she is doing and why. It is more than a job because she understands her decisions make a difference in other people’s lives every time.

This is just how she comes across to me. She listened to her patient and family's concerns, and always informed the family of the daily care plan. I never saw her on her personal phone. Instead, she was always focused on her patients. She was quick to respond to call lights and medical equipment alarms. There are many good RNs, but she seemed to stand out for me. She was organized, paid close attention to her patient’s condition and any physical changes. She has good assessment skills. She was there to support her patient during difficult times with positive vibes and encouragement. She had a great bedside manner, was professional, and always made sure her patient was comfortable as much as possible.
