Sarah Stasky, BSN, RN

Sarah quickly followed up with a patient regarding a critical result. She appropriately notified the provider and reached out to the patient to advise the patient to go to the nearest emergency room. Sarah followed up with the patient to ensure her safety and communicated with the provider (me) to close the loop of communication. Sarah exemplified leadership, critical thinking, and patient advocacy in this situation, which is just a small glimpse into her hard work every day. We are lucky to have Sarah, as she is an amazing asset to our team here at MUSC to provide the best possible patient care.
