Every interaction I have with Sarah is extraordinary. She has volunteered to do the techs job of transferring to commode chair when there is a male tech because she knows I prefer a female. There was a time when I was frustrated to tears and she sat down and gave me her full attention and showed her compassion for me, made me feel justified for crying.
Sara also knows her stuff. She has provided answers for me and finds the information I need. I feel like I can depend on her to show up if needed. I would say Sarah does go above and beyond the duty of a nurse, she is incredibly compassionate. She motivates me to do more than I think I can.
