My father was an inpatient on the 4th floor. The staff is wonderful. Sarah has been assigned to look after my dad a few times. Sarah has a friendly personality. She has a way about her that puts the patients and visitors at ease. She is patient and kind, anticipates the patient's needs, and handles every request without making the requestor feel like they are putting her out. I overheard her help a new elderly patient with her lunch order. I heard her tell a patient that she would be back in a minute, and she actually came back! Sarah made sure to report recently resulted in abnormal diagnostic findings and assessment concerns to my dad's doctor. I feel very comfortable knowing my dad is in her care. Sarah is a terrific, caring nurse. Sarah provides excellent care and she has a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable at a very vulnerable time.
