Sarah has so much compassion for her patients and their care partners. She is always accommodating and goes above and beyond. She is always working hard and living the DaVita way. Sarah has also put in a lot of effort to get the HHD program off the ground and running, including training 2 nurses, and is at a high of 30+ pts. In as little as 2 years. And continues to grow. She is the all-time DAISY in my eyes!
