Sarah Vazquez is one of the most compassionate nurses with whom I have ever worked. Sarah is always thinking what she can do to make the patients comfortable and give them the attention they deserve. She is a wonderful advocate for her patients even when she is talked to sternly from a physician for asking what he or she may believe to be insignificant. Sarah climbed up in the bed of a patient with a hip fracture in order to get a catheter placed without causing harm. She comforted the husband when the same patient, who was terminally ill, took her last breath. Sarah is an outstanding Nurse.
