Sarah was my pre op nurse and was the sweetest nurse I have ever had. So personable and right away spotted a mistake on the paperwork. Noting that my Male selection on the form was obviously incorrect. They made me so relaxed and helped me make pre op smooth. Loved their banter with me. I noticed their English accent, and having just been on vacation there, we quickly chatted about the charms of Wales' coastal countryside. Made me so comfortable that I almost forgot I was there for surgery. Sarah was so kind and patient with post op check out.
