My wife was transferred from Montgomery Baptist to USA. While I was on my way to USA Sarah called me and said Marilyn was going into surgery and would keep me informed. When I got here she welcomed me to USA and explained all that was going on. She answered all my questions and told me what to ask all the physicians and nurses. She kept me up to date on everything and gave me excellent moral support. Every day she manages to come by and check on my wife. Sarah was my "first impression" of USA. She is a great employee of USA and a credit to your fine hospital.
