Sarah's nomination was from a family member whose father was flown in by helicopter and admitted to the ICU with severe pneumonia.
"We were very scared, concerned and filled with questions. Sarah was patient and thorough in answering EVERYTHING we needed to know. She made our stay as comfortable as possible under our very stressful situation. I thank her so much for her positive attitude and compassionate heart. We as a family are very grateful for everything she has done. You are very lucky to have her working at your hospital."
