Sarai Costiuc always has a happy outlook. She is an exceptional team player, always willing to help anywhere in the unit. Even as a novice nurse, she has a wealth of knowledge and is eager to learn. She recently took the initiative to learn how to scrub in the OB OR. Sarai is an advocate for her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they have a positive labor experience.
Recently, Sarai worked an overtime shift from 7 AM-3 PM and the unit really needed her help. She had to leave at 3 PM to attend to a personal errand, she offered to come back if we really need her help. At 5 PM, the unit had an emergent cesarean section and Sarai rushed back, changed into scrubs, and assisted with the case.
Sarai has a genuine caring heart and cares for her patients and coworkers!
