Sarkis has been the best nurse that has ever attended to me ever, and I have been to many hospitals and endured surgeries. I was ready to leave the hospital this morning, even though I could barely walk. But as soon as Sarkis walked in, he was immediately empathetic and listened deeply to me and acknowledged the severe pain and distress that I was in. He communicated very clearly with me and offered guidance and encouragement, and continued to guide me through clear communication once again to help me understand my new action plan for my medical treatment. He helped problem-solve and helped achieve a solution that completely managed my severe pain and anxiety, alongside communication with my doctor.

He is extremely professional, and he followed through step by step during his entire shift to ensure that I received the best quality care possible. He went above and beyond to help me. Because of his assistance, consistency, and reassessment of my needs. I not only stayed at this hospital but was able to finally manage my pain, and for the first time in two weeks, I was able to actually eat, smile, feel acknowledged, and be in safe hands. He delivered excellence. Every hospital employee has a lot to learn from Sarkis. He even facilitated physical therapy for me.
