As a patient at Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital, Sasha made me feel safe and assured. My husband, a kidney transplant patient, and I (a kidney donor) were so impressed with the extremely high level of care we received from Sasha. At the beginning of her shift, she kindly introduced herself and proceeded to explain where we were with the patient, what she would be doing, etc. She updated the board at every turn and updated me on the extensive and complicated procedures and care received by our team of about ten doctors. she clarified everything I needed to know, and on one occasion, even googled a term to help me better understand what she was talking about. She was attentive and she treated us with the utmost care. I even commented that she would be a great candidate for "Grey's Anatomy".
