Sasha was an amazing night nurse. We had a negative experience prior and felt that things seemed very out of our control. Sasha came in for the night shift and helped to calm our nerves. She was very kind and really acted like she understood our concerns and was on our team. She wanted us to have a great experience and was willing to work with us and keep an open mind.
