Sashawna T Davidson, RN

Sashawna has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication to patient care. She is compassionate and caring and always demonstrates the ICARE values HMSL holds dear. Sashawna is always on time for work and is flexible to float to other areas in the department when staffing is low in other areas. She is able to manage her full patient load and requires minimal to no supervision, yet I trust and have seen her reach out for assistance as needed. Her patients love her, and she is often recognized by patients and staff for going the extra mile. I appreciate all that Sashawna contributes to 5E and consider her an important part of my team.
