By the second day of not feeling well, sweaty, and all around icky, Saundra came in and was very friendly and upbeat. Saundra helped me up, washed my hair, and helped me clean up because I was unable to shower. She even went a step further and braided my hair because she knew that it can get messy and uncomfortable when you're lying in bed. It only took her a few minutes; she was in and out quickly to see other patients but she was wonderful and helpful. Saundra makes you comfortable and leaves you smiling.
