Being transgender, health care with new people is always a nerve-racking affair. Having to do so with pants off examination is 100-fold. I addressed this with this nurse, who took extra time to reassure me and make me feel safe for this encounter. I have had less than stellar service at other locations, so for her to do this truly means the world to me.
