We, the family of an 84-year-old patient recovering from a severe illness, are honored to nominate registered nurse Savanna Walker for the DAISY Award. Our family brings a unique perspective, with a hospital CEO (son), an internal medicine doctor (granddaughter-in-law), two ARNPs (grandson and daughter-in-law), and an RN (granddaughter), and another granddaughter currently in college working towards a BSN degree.
