Savannah is the true example of an extraordinary, compassionate nurse. As a nurse myself I am a hard judge! She has cared for three of my asthmatic children over a period of several years.
On one occasion my daughter was in the hospital over Christmas. To her surprise a Christmas tree was put up in her room and she even heard Santa's bells on that Christmas Eve night. Savannah made a very stressful situation memorable.
On another occasion she played cards with my son. Savannah is his "favorite" nurse, not just because she is pretty and blonde but because she went out of her way to entertain a little boy who wanted someone other than his mom to play cards. Savannah also is awesome at IV starts and nursing assessment. She exemplifies the most compassionate and most competent care my children have received.
