Savannah is always smiling and very caring. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help her co-workers and even works at sister facilities to help with their staffing. Savannah will openly step up and provide spiritual support to patients and their families. The most recent example I have is when the Department received a 3-month-old that was a full arrest upon arrival to the Department. Savannah prayed with the family and provided emotional support to this family, even as she was having to deal with her own emotions.
