One day Sayda even went outside and brought both boys fresh snow so they could play with it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your amazing nurse came to the bedside for our patient who was in serious need of to pump. She had just given birth to twins. She ended up here with a subdural hematoma. Because she is required to lay flat, her little hand pump was not doing justice. My nurse had tried to find support from MCH but they were not able to help us. I stumbled on your area with a prayer to find support. YOUR NURSE IS AMAZING! She came to the bedside with an electric pump and supplies. She gathered other items to make sure Mom was clean and comfortable. She educated Mom and Dad on how to utilize the equipment. Dad is doing all of the setup and collection. She educated him and taught him how to store and label. She gave Dad a list of things to buy for home that will help them on this journey. She offered to further support them by giving them her spectra link number to just call her since she was working until Sunday. Honestly, I know we are all in the weeds. My staff on West are seriously struggling today. Sayda not only fully supported a patient that was not hers but she 100% supported us. I can not thank her enough. She seriously went above and beyond.

I am a DCPP employee who had the pleasure of working with Sayda on one of our cases. She was very polite and professional over the couple of days that our clients were in the hospital. She went above and beyond to ensure that the twin boys were comfortable and cared for. She was very attentive and expressed empathy with not only her patients but the countless DCPP workers who sat by the boys' side. She provided the boys with plenty of food, drinks, and even games to keep them busy. She attended to their every need and never once seemed to get annoyed even when she was very busy with other patients. One day Sayda even went outside and brought both boys fresh snow so they could play with it. Sayda definitely went above and beyond her title of an RN. She was very compassionate, caring, and patient. She stood out to all of the other nurses and should definitely be acknowledged and praised for her hard work and dedication.

Sayda was so kind and gentle with my son! He has a sensory processing disorder and she knew exactly how to talk to him and get him to do what she needed him to do. She was excellent and made me feel very comfortable.
