Every time I work on the fourth floor she always helps me with my patients. She talks with the patients very nicely. She is always smiling so that makes our work much lighter. She is easy to approach and very down to earth. She is a great role model. She cares about her patients and goes beyond what is required to make sure that the people under her care are comfortable.

She takes the time to inform the family of the progress and her communication skills are excellent! If she did not know something, she would get answers. We have had the good fortune of having this nurse several times, both during B's stay on the 6th floor (last year) as well as her recent stay on the 4th floor. She exemplifies nursing skills by showing compassion, knowledge, and a wonderful bedside manner. Everything she does is highly professional with emphasis on care! She was very sweet and very devoted. She took care of her patients with respect and love. I have never met a person like her. She was very passionate and dedicated to her job.
