Scoti Heese, RN

I have on countless times seen how hard Scoti works and continues to advocate for not only her patients but also the med-surg staff. She always responds to codes, makes sure assignments are fair, and also is a continuous helping hand. During the pandemic, Scoti sat with her patients, listened, and got to know their lives and stories. She did not rush out of the room, even though times were crazy. Many of the patients I am given from her in report inform me that she is the best nurse and lights up the room. Scoti is a ball of energy that brings so much to this facility. She comes to work every shift with a smile, and is ready to help while also battling her own battles with chemotherapy. She is a nurse that needs to be seen and recognized!
