Integrity: Told me the truth. Was respectful and honest, kind and caring. Goes to the extreme. Scott Lincoln even still helped me when other nurses were busy and he wasn’t my nurse anymore.
Commitment: Is focused and direct with care. Comes in to get the job done, checks in more often than the other nurses.
Advocacy: Knows Veterans, communicates with them in a manner they can understand and are comfortable with.
Respect: Treats everyone respectful, I had multiple guests and he treated everyone special. Very warm and welcome.
Excellence: I said it in Integrity. He helped me even when he was not my nurse anymore. Does an extremely good turnover. Helps other nurses with their work and helps students.
