From the time we arrived at the ER, the CCU and then to the 7th floor, our family member received the best care. With all of the help given by the staff, we were able to stay by our family member's side to the end. One nurse stood out above the others; Scott Faulkner. He put the "care" in the word "caring", always there with the right answer, even before we knew to ask.
