"I was having difficulties with my orders and my doctors plans for treatment. Not that the doctors here aren't great, they just lack communication at times and this really bothered me! I voiced my opinion to the staff on duty but it was Scott that took the initiative to contact the doctors, find out what the exact procedures would be and help rectify the situation. Also, his bed-side manner is like no other. He is kind, he listens intently, answers questions honestly and if he doesn't know the answer he will investigate to find out.
