He went out of his way several times to make me feel comfortable. He was always on time and checked on me regularly. You don't find many nurses like this.

My husband has been here a week. We have had a few nurses, and all have been kind. I feel Scott has gone above and beyond to make him feel like a person, not just a patient. My husband was a control engineer and planned everything. Scott took the time to explain everything and made him feel comfortable.

Scott took care of my mother during her recent stay. He was so kind, patient, and caring. He put us at ease with his friendly, knowledgeable approach. He took the time to explain everything that was given, done, or taking place. He never talked down to us and went out of his way to make things comfortable for Mom.

Despite how many patients he had, he went above and beyond to do anything that was required—and even things that weren't. My mom is 81, and I am her only child. I am the only family she has left, so as we navigate her declining health, it can be scary and worrisome. Scott put us at ease and showed us we are not alone.
