Scott J Crisel, RN
Scott Crisel is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate nurses I have ever met as a travel nurse. He goes above and beyond for his patients.
It would be hard to pick one time I saw Scott be amazing with his patients because he does it every time he is bedside or as a charge nurse.
He spends the time and effort with all patients by getting eye level and fully explaining the plan of care even when understaffed.
Scott never gets overwhelmed. He treats every patient as if they are his only patient.
He is an exemplary employee. Scott does a lot to help other staff too. He is always helpful to travel nurses and new staff with policy and procedure. He always picks up extra hours on night shift to help when we were short staffed.
Scott is a compassionate, skillful, and caring nurse who always advocates for his patients.
