Scott McDonald, ASN

My mom is here with many different medical problems. Been here over two weeks now. It has been a rollercoaster for her medically. My dad is an amazing type A man who cares for his wife deepl;, doesn't trust the medical field at all. He wants to be heard and will be heard. Scott was very professional and understanding. My dad was almost verbally aggressive, well he has a loud voice when needing to be heard. Scott was great with his physical strategies to lessen my dad's aggression. Scott sat down to seem smaller, and to show he was paying attention to my dad. It was a great move as a large gentleman. Scott listened and made sure the concerns were heard and adjusted. I really appreciate that. It helped tame my dad. Scott, thank you for being an amazing caregiver.
