I came into the ER in excruciating pain with diverticulitis. It was all I could do to keep it together. As time passed, I was admitted and put on the 3rd floor. I don't remember much about that first day. The second day is when I met Scott. He was funny, yet professional. He made my four-day stay a lot of fun. I was still in pain but laughed at his funny jokes. As I began to feel better, I was constantly asking to go home. Of course, I was just joking (sort of) but he kept me smiling. The whole staff was exceptional, but Scott really stood out.
