He went above and beyond to offer an ear in listening, as we tried to work out delicate and real life decisions.
Scott Rader was the most efficient, attentive, compassionate, and skilled nurse we experienced in our 22 days spent in the hospital.
We grew very fond of all these attributes quickly as my husband was dealing with many issues, and they became more difficult issues as time went by.
He went above and beyond to offer an ear in listening, as we tried to work out delicate and real life decisions.
He was extremely attentive in timing when it came to meds, never letting my husband get behind in pain.
He had such insight with his knowledge in medicine that allowed us to feel confidence in every aspect of his caretaking.
It would benefit new nurses to shadow someone like Scott so they learn the true and authentic ways of nursing one on one.
My husband will be passing soon, as he is in hospice after a terrible ordeal with Sepsis...our family would like Scott to be recognized for all his amazing attributes and wish him nothing but complete success in his next steps with his masters in the field of nursing.
