My dad was recently an inpatient at Providence Hospital. Besides the problem that triggered his visit, he also has some anxiety disorders that make it very uncomfortable for him to be away from home, let alone in the busy hospital environment. During his stay at the hospital, Scott Ryan was particularly helpful and patient with my dad. I'm sure he was very busy, but he always took the time to put my dad at ease before moving on to the next procedure or any discussion about his condition. I know my dad must have been one of the more "challenging" patients, but Scott seemed to take it in stride. I can't say enough good things about Scott's professionalism and excellent patient rapport.
