Scott immediately greeted my mom warmly when we arrived. He chatted with her and clearly listened to what she was saying. During the hour-long wait, he checked on her comfort and changed an IV port that was uncomfortable, and made sure the new one was acceptable. He answered our questions. In short, he made a stressful time almost enjoyable (I don't think anyone could make it enjoyable). He had a wonderful attitude and my mom enjoyed meeting him. She said he relaxed her which is no easy feat under the circumstances. We are truly appreciative of Scott.
