My son came in for surgery today and was very nervous. Scott went above and beyond to make him feel at ease. He joked with him and even asked him about his interests. My son didn’t even flinch when he put in the IV. Normally, he has to be held down. He brought such a positive vibe. He was always smiling, happy, and always greeted us both. He balanced conversation with pertinent questions in a way that made us feel like we weren’t at the hospital, just hanging out with an old friend.
