I’ve been in Sequoia four times for knee surgery and had Scott three times. He is beyond friendly. He offered a dinner to my wife who was there to visit me. He knows how to work the thermostat, and he checks on my pain level with fanatical frequency. He’s very friendly and seems to know everything about any health issue I bring up. I don’t have an exciting life or death emergency to recount, but I could rave on and on about Scott. To Scott, thank you for being so comforting and calm and kind and assuring during my super crazy fever. And thank you so much for comforting my mom. She needed that a lot.
