Scottie had an excellent bedside manner when he was there. He would explain to me what was happening and why they were doing what they were doing. Information that made me be calmer and not stressed. He made sure I got what I needed when I was uncomfortable, and if I used the call bell he came quickly in response. He would listen to me in conversations as if it mattered and not like "yea, yea". I am glad that I saw this form because he took care of me and it made me feel good and that I know he will make other patients feel the same. Keep up the great work, Scottie!
