Scout is a great charge nurse who makes sure things on the unit run smoothly. She comes in with a smile and has a team player attitude. She handles difficult situations with kindness and advocates for her patients. Scout is always willing to lend a hand to help everyone's day go smoothly.

Every time I started thinking about pressing the call light, Scout would pop her head in my room to see if I needed anything, almost like she sensed that I needed something. She is so nice that you can tell she likes what she does. When I came back from therapy, I saw her in the hall helping everyone and smiling. She cares about her patients, and we can feel it. Doctors save lives, a great nurse brings people back to life through care and healing, and Scout brings people back to their lives. Thank you so much for what you do.
