We had a critically ill patient who was post-op from a trach and desperately needed a PICC line. Another nurse had been trying unsuccessfully and Seada had just checked out for break. After only a 10-minute break, the nurse asked for her help and she clocked back in. With a lot of massaging and flushing, Seada was able to help the other RN get in a PICC line that nurses had been trying to get for days! All veins were blown and the infant needed a line for sedation meds.

This is just one example of how Seada always goes above and beyond to help our unit and our volatile patients!
