I want to recognize Sean for the exceptional care he provided during my time on Central Pavilion 7. I was struggling with significant pain and uncertainty about my aftercare, and Sean showed remarkable patience, compassion, and professionalism throughout the night.

Sean took the time to clearly explain each medication I was receiving, why it was being used, and how it would help manage my symptoms. His explanations were calm, detailed, and never rushed, which eased my anxiety and helped me feel informed and confident about my care. He consistently checked in on me, helped me get settled comfortably into bed, and made sure I had everything I needed to manage my pain.

His kindness felt genuine, and he treated me with a level of respect, dignity, and humanity that made a profound difference in how I experienced my stay. In a moment when I felt vulnerable and overwhelmed, Sean helped me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. His combination of clinical skill, patience, and compassion exemplifies everything the DAISY Award stands for
