Sean is a team leader in one of the busiest emergency departments outside of the Texas Medical Center. He is always lending a helping hand and teaches when the opportunity exists. When asked to take on additional tasks, Sean gladly accepts and maintains the positive outlook through the whole situation. Sean partnered with the center for nursing excellence team to bring a certification review course to MHSW for emergency nurses. He encouraged and solicited 20 nurses to take the review course, and to date 5 nurses have sat for the exam and received their national certification.
