Sean Norton, RN
As a family, we would like to express our deepest thanks to Sean for providing care for my mom that far exceeded our expectations. Sean treated our mom with the same kindness and respect that I would imagine he would treat his own mother. It is the little things that make a big difference. Sean consistently repositioned Mom and made her comfortable – even cushioning the rails so that in flailing she did not injure herself.
As he expertly drew her blood and started her IV, he encouraged me to hold Mom’s hand to comfort her. We were comforted as a family by Sean’s compassion as well. His attention to detail and professional care were obvious and reassured us that Mom was receiving the best care we could possibly ask for. We noticed how he administered the push IV meds slowly and carefully though that takes more time. He also was deliberate in his efforts to clearly communicate with us what he was doing and what to expect. On a day that is so tragic, we will be remembering the caring care our mom was given. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
