Sean was compassionate and understanding in a situation that was very stressful to me. He took the time to talk me down, calm my fears and relieve my anxiety. He made my stay more comfortable, for which I appreciate. He is truly an example of a caring and compassionate health care provider. There should be more 'Seans' out there in hospital settings.
