Sean Tacderas, RN, CCRN

Sean was the epitome of work professionalism with caring kindness. He was excellent at all the technical aspects of nursing and was even able to identify a problem with the bleeding. He relayed it to the doctors which led to my father going back into surgery where the surgeons found a broken stitch, which had been causing the bleeding. A good technical nurse is great, yes, but Sean was so kind and would visit with us, making us feel so comfortable with him. I never felt like he just wanted to run in and out of the room even though I knew he had other patients, we always felt, he was giving 100% of his focus on our dad when he was in the room and not thinking about other patients until he left the room. Elmhurst is very lucky to have Sean as he is an amazing nurse.
